The hotel is divided into two wings: the Regency Wing and the Classic Wing. The Regency Wing (currently in operation) is sympathetic to it colonial design and offers 81 rooms, including 12 suites, all with ocean views. The rooms are divided into Standard, Superior, and Deluxe Rooms. All rooms are classic in design with hardwood furniture, with comfortable beds and modern en-suite bathrooms.
